The only reason I stayed because of rain, I wish I could took the pictures of worst toilet they have stinky patched all over my 6 year old son refuses to to use the toilet the smile was all over the room.

low pressure in sink room 248..television stations had snow in all channels..like they had a old analog signal..but the TV was a hd tv🤷

The fact that I book often all of a sudden I can't book unless I book two rooms mind you I had 4kids 12;7;9;4 like why would I book two rooms and it one adult so I have never had any problems til yesterday,.Y'all don't even got microwaves in the rooms...So I will not book with them again...And then it's roaches...

the room has a lot of roaches. and it was not clean at all . the price is ok but still it was a lot of roaches walking around the bed and the wall.

service was horrible. I book for 2 rooms and then when I get there they said they have only one room left and nothing they can't do. ok fine, I have to find another room at different hotel.
the room that we get was horrible, it's smelling, the drain not working. I come and talk to them, they said they will talk to the room service tomorrow. hello? is that all you can do for customer?
