デポジット100ドルが一度クレジットカードで決済されて、それに対しての説明がなかったので、返金されるまで不安でした。また、部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ゴミが落ちていました。お風呂の水は溜まりっぱなしでながされていませんでした。仕方がないので自分で清掃をしました。宿泊をしてから約3週間後に、宿泊していないのでキャンセル費用の請求連絡がありました。ブッキングドットコム経由で解決はしたと思いますが、非常に困惑しました。

I could not ... never, connect to Wi Fi. There was a death Croach in the bathrolm. When I tried to call Front Desk, the telephone, did not even has a cable to connect to the outlet. There is not even a single Ice Maker Machine in the whole Hotel, incredible with the very high temperature in Vegas. Wd came vack to your Hotel aftef almost 2 years abd it is even wirse than before. Very dissapointing.

Room quality, stained/dirty carpet, smoke smelling room, clogged drain, bad TV signal reception, they ran out of pillows for one of the beds.

Horrible place . Front desk extremely rude. They barely pickup the phone. The system was down when I requested help and she basically said I can’t do anything for you and hung up. The receptionist has a horrible attitude I wouldn’t recommend staying here .

The Beds are comfortable and the water is hot and the ac worked , they have a 1cup coffee maker but it was missing the coffee bag drip thing

The Carpet and chair were gross , NEED to be replaced or at least steam cleaned. The bathroom linoleum was peeling up due to water damage the mirror was cracked T.V was small,

Room was dirty, toilet was plugged when I arrived so questionable whether it was even cleaned? Phone not working, no shampoo or conditioner which I saw was on the cleaning cart, no coffee basket for the coffee maker, swimming pool out of order. used to be a much better place, and for a lot less money.

Very low water pressure, so not much shower water pressure, and the shower water continually goes back and forth from hot to cold. No dirty linens or trash pick up for all 3 days.

It is a hotel that is a couple of blocks from the Strip, the people who work there at all times were very friendly and supported me in any request. The place during my stay was very quiet, you have air conditioning which is very important because on this date the heat of the season was already being felt. You can walk to the Strip and walk back, if you have a car you can park without problems. Take into account that if you order food through Uber Eats or similar, on several occasions it could take a while to arrive because Waze or Google Maps tend to confuse them a bit. Something that happened to me a couple of times is that the access cards lose the code to access the room, it is very easy to solve if you go to the lobby and comment on your situation, in a few seconds they configure the cards again. It's honestly not something that affects your experience, just be aware that this can happen. In my experience, the place was perfect because I didn't have much time to plan the trip and when that happens, everything is usually very expensive. This option seems good to me in those scenarios.

In my personal situation I never received cleaning service, I was in the hotel for 7 days and I never had this service. My hypothesis is that maybe they didn't enter if there was no one in the room and I used to be out on the street during the day, but it would have been nice to get cleaned a couple of times.

A Great Location.

The NEW Manager Lady put me on the DO NOT RETURN List, when I tried to extend my stay. She told me to vacate my room. (Which I did) Now I get a "No Show" charge on my Credit Card for $119.00

They were pet friendly & my dog loved it there.

It's one of the hotels nearest to the airport. So if you are just there waiting to catch the flight, this can be a good choice, although you still need to call a taxi/uber. There is no airport shuttle provided by this hotel.

The interior has been quite aged. The bathroom, carpet etc are all very worn.

The bathroom(s) was unacceptable. Upon entry to my (2nd)room it looked as if the door had been previously been pried open. So, I definitely was unable to get any rest. Didn't feel comfortable enough to sleep under the sheets.

The man that checked us in was super sweet. Same.guy as before and he is very friendly. Location and price are great.

We stayed in a different room this time. There was hair in the bed sheets and in the shower, there was also bits of debris and small rocky like substance in the bath tub. The ac/hear didn't work again in this room. Same as.last time in the other room we stayed. The beds weren't as comfy either. One bed, once you sat on it, you could feel the box spring and it was very hard and uncomfortable.
