this is not a good property at all.
rude staff. horrible smells in the lobby. noisy complex.

Didn't need to worry about which pot to use
No worry about knife being too sharp nor present
Breakfast choice supported not over eating
Was not advised at check in that we would need to come to front desk to pick up pots, dishes, dish soap and other such amenities
Needed to return cart to front desk although I advised had disabilities

The room was ready one hour early as we requested.
The parking was very convenient.
Only one trash can for the whole room.
No "Do Not Disturb/Make Room Up" Sign.
No Hot water.
No Hair dryer.
Noise from room just above us so loud/heavy thought plaster would fall in. Later until 12:15 am that night 07/05-07/06.

Room was clean.
I booked this hotel specifically so I could save money by cooking my meals since they advertise kitchen, cookware, etc. They didn’t have most of the dishes and pots that I needed. They gave me a few things but no toaster, no coffee makers, not pot to cook rice or boil food, no knives, spoons…..they said the dishes are “subject to availability” basically and they didn’t have any. One day they said they would deliver it to me and when they didn’t I called the front desk and they didn’t know what I was talking about and said they don’t do that. Anyways, without being able to cook defeated the whole purpose.

Really didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t served maybe I went to earlier but I didn’t see any breakfast also the vending machines didn’t work just took my money without giving me anything that was slightly irritating and in the room I stayed in 412 the fan in the bathroom was loud and annoying other than that the property is well maintained and nice I’d come back again

It is a good value. Fairly clean and spacious. Easy to find and faily convenient. Lotsa parking. Staff was decent.
I lost my deposit because my girlfriend started her period in the morning, didn't realize it and must have accidentally gotten blood on the sheets. While i get thay this is "damage" to the room keeping a hundred dollar deposit seems excessive. Also they didnt have coffee during breakfast and while they offered instant it was only decaf. So an amenity i paid for but didnt receive.

Rude and completely disinterested African American receptionist who was as unwelcoming and unfriendly as the silly headwear he had on his head!

you need a room key to get into main building at 4:30 am. No one at front desk to answer the knocking. ( i was gathering my stuff and the room door shut locking my keys inside. Went to get help but couldn’t.

I like that my room was clean.
I did not like that it took two days to switch my room due to the toilet stopping up during every useage. The extremely loud vent in the bathroom was unacceptable. I had to make a second request the day after maintenance had visited the room. He saw, heard and felt my discontent with staying in that room. He said he would report it to the front desk, which he may have, but I did not get a follow-up from the front desk that day or the next.
I also, did not appreciate that my key card needed to be updated or replaced every night of my stay there, in orderformetogetinto Building B, furthermoremy room.. My finally night was the worst because I needed to get to my room after a long day and needed to be on a scheduled call, which I was made late to due to no one attending the front desk. I waited for at least 10 minutes before someone had arrived to resolve my key card issue. The staff was pretty nice but not accommodating enough for me.

it was clean, lack of bathroom supply and lack of the cleaning crew being available. stayed 3 days
the housekeeping was rude and the door kept jamming had to go the main lobby more than 2-3 times to get a new key. and there were lots of people all hours outside.

Thee room lacked a comfortable overstuffed chair. Only 2 desk-type chairs.
