Breakfast was very good. You were able to make your own pancakes and waffles. The bagels and cream cheese were our favorites. Loved the hot chocolate. The oranges were delicious.
Our room was missed by housekeeping on our last day.

Great location near Lucille Packard Children's Hospital where I needed to be most of the trip.
Only complaint is the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers were completely empty

There were ants in the room, construction right above and it is SO LOUD since it right on el camino. The traffic is disruptively loud, bed was not comfy. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The staff were great
They were repairing a roof in front of my room and was hammering well after 6 pm.
In the morning they were power washing the handicap parking were my car was so it was unsafe for me to walk on the slippery pavement.
