The staff was friendly, comfortable bed, clean room and facility

The only thing I didnt care for is that housekeeping didn't bring fresh towels we had to go down and get them from the front desk

Comfortable bed and blankets. Great heating and air. The bathroom was clean and neat. The morning breakfast was good, and tasted fresh. The staff was kind and courteous.

The lobby was dim and uninviting, but to be honest that's just nitpicking. My pillow was uncomfortable for me, but they didn't have another option. The reason we were there also ruined our mood, but they can't do much about that lol.

Everything was still the same as always. I will always choose to stay at this hotel. It very quiet and comfortable.

I've had one bad experience while staying here. A housekeeper cleaned my room but took all my snacks, juice and food I had left in the refrigerator and gave them way and threw them out. I dont know why she did it, but I went to the manager. She refunded me for one night, but I haven't received the refund yet. It been almost a week. This happened on Christmas and I was very upset. I stayed calm the whole time.
