El hotel tiene buena ubicación.
En general el hotel muy sucio y descuidado, se nota que no recibe mantenimiento desde hace años, los malos olores están por todo lado, las gradas huelen muy mal, al igual que las habitaciones. El área donde se sirve el desayuno es muy pequeña y fácilmente se congestiona. El parqueo me lo cobraron por aparte, $20 por día.

Our room was clean and the free breakfast was adequate.
At check-in we were told there would be a $21/day parking fee in addition to our room rental. That was not mentioned at the time of our booking. The listing says "parking available" not free parking. When we got to our room, we discovered one light bulb was missing and another was broken.. We told the front desk person we needed two bulbs. About 30 minutes later a maintenance man came with one light bulb. He said no one told him we needed two. We never saw him again and the bulb was still not replaced when we left 3 days later. There were two ceiling lights in the bathroom. One by the shower and one in the middle. There is no light above the sink. All activities done at the sink are in shadow or semidarkness.

When I looked at prices onl8ne the cost was $144 a night but when I checked in suddenly it was double. I was not happy that the website was misleading.

The location was perfect but the Inn itself was badly kept and reminded me of the Bates hotel. The staff was helpful and polite but I never stayed in such a poorly maintained hotel. And paid a ridiculous price for such a broken down hotel.
Everything but the location which was perfect. It was the only reason we stayed there

Room was somewhat clean but the stairwell and building was dirty , non-smoking room smelled of smoke and people standing outside the room’s smoking weed, appeared the security staff had side deals going on with the limited parking spaces.

It's close to river st
Beds are kind of uncomfortable and the noise was crazy but that's because it's right by the rd and we smelled weed coming threw the air conditioner and not sure how it was coming into our room but it was badddd

The breakfast was simple, but the location was perfect. It was a block away from me river street, and city market was just around the corner.
The noise was a little loud, but given the location it was expected.

The location
There wasn't any Breakfast out for customers except green apples. There were items in the fridge but it was locked. The dining area was not sufficient for the number

The location is great! You are just blocks away from the riverfront, there is a handy little quick shop on the corner. Every thing is within walking distance! The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast area is a bit small and not a lot of choices. What was available was very good!

The location of the property was great. it was a little dated and there was some things that needed repaired but it was ok for us. staff was great except at checkout. we checked out at 10 and checkout was 11 and the lady would not let us leave our truck for one hour and we still had one hour before checkout time. she said they do enforce towing since we did not buy a parking pass. I figured at over 200 a night for a room 1 hour was not too much to ask and 1 hour until check out??
They do have security in the evening monitoring the parking lot.

Breakfast was just cereal, thick pancakes and no hot meal breakfasts. None of my family liked it at all.
They didn’t give us enough trash cans for the room And bathroom. Their coffee machine was horrible and it’s filter kept falling off. Their tv didn’t even work. It had the pictures as if I was in 1980’s. Their breakfast was just cold food. No hot meals served. Very less space for sitting and eat the breakfast.

Location
The parking monitor didn't check with the front desk and a tow truck showed up to tow my Jeep. It could have been a bad situation, he accused me of just putting it there. If I didn't walk out and see a guy looking in my vehicle I would have been towed with the placard clearly displaying and my tag # on file in the office with make and model. The cable TV is fuzzy and some stations were just stuck all weekend.

We had coffee and left
Only stay in this hotel if it’s the last one in savannah. Where to begin our door had a big gap underneath of it. It looked at one time like someone had broken in to the room. A air vent in the tub, fell off, and a gross amount of dust came out. Also, bring some air plugs very noisy with trucks going by. I’m sorry I’m not a very picky person, but I did not feel safe here.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was good.
The price was a bit high considering Hilton across the street was much cheaper. That and I have never had to pay extra for parking.

The room had a musty smell. If I was staying mote than one night, I would have asked for a different room or stayed somewhere else.
