Easy to check in . Price was good

It has a wonderful hot breakfast and a nice pool. The staff is super friendly and engaging. We left our brand new portable speaker in our room when we checked out. We called just in case someone had found it and turned it in. They found it! Shaquita was so very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole search! We appreciate her!

It was quite nice area...can get to the stores restaurants...beds nice and soft... comfortable and a nice lilttle get away and a great vacation to place to visit...a great place to stay when on vacation.

Our room looked like it used to be a custodial storage room. There was a bar/ dance hall next store and there were some very shady people hanging out in their cars. Way off the beaten path.

location and clean

I was charged an unexpected “smoking fee” and was not smoking in my room. The attendant I spoke with refused to listen to what I was saying and I have been trying to contact the general manager since Sunday 4/17 and he hasn’t responded. Booking.com has reached out and so has choice hotels and absolutely no response at all. Its very disappointing because I’ve stayed at this hotel plenty of times and have never had a problem. I won’t ever book here again.

Very nice and clean. The gentleman that checked me in was so polite and friendly, he made me feel good about choosing this Comfort Inn. The lady the next morning was so great and friendly, my stay was excellent! Tonight I'm staying at Comfort Inn in Hot Springs AR. It's awesome too! Will be traveling to CA and back, staying at several Comfort Inns along the way. Thank you! Oh, breakfast was very good!

Roaches in the room and we had to request for someone to clean it and replace the towels
