Larry, at the front desk, was the only shining light at this facility.

The rug was sticky, and the bed had a steel box spring mount that I caught my ankle on causing swelling and bruising. The deadbolt on the door to our room would not engage. Breakfast was a real disappointment. And the trash cans were filthy, but you had to push the door open to deposit trash.

They were about out of everything and we were there around 7am. So disappointing not like what they described on line. That is why I paid more for the motel was thinking we were getting a nice breakfast.

The room was freezing when I arrived. It took a couple of hours to warm up. The bed was too soft and kind of mushy. The exit door closest to my car would not open (frozen?) and I reported it twice. The message was not communicated to the manager, like I was told it would be. The door was never attended to. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels that offer breakfast.

we’ve experienced very bad at this hotel staying. first of all, bed flame was fell off to the floor and bed sheets were not cleaned when we got switched to other room. very dirty and filthy. breakfast was very bad and all facilities were dirty. fork storage bin had small roach. not recommend to anyone to stay

When I arrived, the hallway had dirty towels and a trash back in the hallway. I could be me, but perhaps the room smelled like pets? not my favorite. Also, the sink did not drain properly.
