The staff was super friendly

Our room smelled like smoke the walls we dirty I. The bathroom and there was garbage and clothing stuffed behind the night tables. The door stop on the wall behind the door was also shoved into the wall

Musty smell, the outside door to the building we were in the outside door would not shut, the card reader on the main building wouldn't read to go to breakfast. The indoor pool didn't look usable.

Swimming pool was freezing! One of the outside doors wouldn’t open with the key card. The room was stuffy even with the ac on. The toilet leaked. There was a hole behind the entrance door to our room with a spare doorknob stuck in it. Breakfast was from 6-9am and we went to breakfast at 7:30am and the waffle maker wasn’t even turned on yet and the yogurt was outdated!

The outside doors didn't want to latch all the time unless you made an effort to pull it shut which most people didn't so it seemed less secure

The breakfast on our first morning was unpleasant. there was never anyone at the front desk and the rooms were not that clean.

The room was wonderful, the beds were amazing,room was perfect size with the amount of people we had.

The staff!!!! There was never anyone at rhe front desk. There was a man that couldn't get up off the floor in the front office areatheir for atleast 15 mins no staff noticed, came out helped. There was spill in the breakfast area for 2 hours even had ants in it . The shower had no medium temperature.

The beds were comfortable and it was convenient to multiple diners.

The location was great and everything was very clean and neat. The woman that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and informative. I liked the fact that drinks, cereal and yogurt were available 24 hours a day.

The pool was one of the main things I wanted to use at this motel and it was so cold we couldn't even swim. The hot tub was nice but not the same as a pool for my granddaughter. The breakfast was ok. We were told there would be bread for toast and bagels and there were none.

Location was good .Easy to find. Close to where our event was.

The hot tub the jets didn't work. This is why we got this hotel for the pool and hot tub.

Actually stayed at nicer hotels through the week that were cheaper

Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Located minutes from my destination and a great value.

A little more attention to detail with room cleaning. Staff is not tall enough to reach back of high furniture is my guess.
