Mold in bathroom and filthy. filthy shower. missing curtains outsiders could see in only a sheers were hung. Very damaged chair. Large hole in carpet. Filthy surfaces. Unusable pool too freezing cold to swim. Poorly maintained. Needs better upkeep

we were there for hockey games and our first game was done before I thought it would be they were more then willing to allow us an early check in

It was an alright price.

One of the two keys didn't work, Keys got shut off right at 11, even after i spoke to staff about a late checkout, due to military.

Was booked as suite was standard room with refrigerator outdated lamps poor quality repairs

The local was in the middle of the heart of Mankato and allowed very easy access to some of the best shops including the mall.

Room was dirty Like crusted cheese on the arm of the sitting chair dirty. So I didn't like that.

The staff and manager were unprofessional and rude. Manager falsely accused my mom and I for smoking and my mom don't smoke cause she is asthmatic and the manager didn't even care to check the room. We was in the room getting settled in 10-15 mins just to put our things in the room after we checked in. I felt the manager was being very rude and unprofessional and put us out for no reason at all. I would never go back to this establishment or refer anyone to this place. I tried to reconcile the issue with the Manager, but he wasn't trying to listen to reason or go into the room to thoroughly check. It wasn't no signs of smoking in the room or in the hallways/staircase. This was a very bad experience. Manager said he was going to refund my money , but hasn't been refunded yet. Terrible experience! Everything in the room was barely touched. My mom and I left back the room 10-15 mins after we checked in to meet with our family. He called less than 10 mins later saying he received an guest complaint about smell of smoke coming out our room and that's impossible. I took pics of the room and nothing was barely touched or out of place. I would like to file a complaint against this hotel.

Terrible breakfast! Wet eggs, undercooked waffles, other offerings missing. filth everywhere. Pool ladder broken and dangerous. Loud fan in bathroom. Rust and mold in bathroom. Strange odor in room giving us a headache. Too expensive for what was offered.

Well location was exactly where I wanted it. Next to River Hills Mall. and spent too much and Barnes & Noble cause Mankato's one is king. Got alot of books back in the day. Just your typical Inn.

Well I had two requests. Apparently free parking is well everywhere and second I wanted to face Madison. Instead it faced the Marriott. :( I also thought the railings were very unsafe. They need to be attached to the floor better. Not good for kids..
