Location was good. The property look good from the outside.

Blood on the black out curtain/shades Hairdryer was not attached to wall kept falling off. Towel hanger behind the bathroom door was loose. Breakfast food was not good decided fed to eat breakfast out. The toilet was blocked and we were given a plunger to fix the problem ourselves.

The staff were fine. The bathtub and shower were somewhat disgusting, the grouting was very moldy and pealing, the door to our room had to be lifted up to make it close, and the screws were stripped that held the side plate of the handle mechanism so it needed to be pushed in to allow the door to shut. I have photos to show what I am talking about. Not happy about room conditions, I expected more.

Great location to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Hotel lobby and dining area is updated, clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was very clean with updated sink area but if they are ever remodeling they should put in a shower rather than a tub. Tub was old and shower head sprayed water every direction. Some of the stucco in bathroom was peeling off the wall.

Comfortable but needs some TLC. Broken dish soap in bath tub, water stain on ceiling, closet not clearn.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

We reserved this hotel a year ago and when we arrived, we found out that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. We were traveling with our grandchildren, so we ended up going to another hotel with a working pool. I rebooked this year and we arrived, while I was checking in my husband walked to the back and saw the pool filled and clean. We checked in and went to visit our son and went to dinner, when we returned, we wanted to take our grandkids to the pool. We asked for towels at the front desk and told that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. Really over a year later and the pump was still not repaired, and they couldn't tell us that when we checked in. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. As soon as it was 9:30 the person managing the area came out and locked everything up. On our final day we went to have breakfast at 8:45 and while we were getting our beverages a mother and her two children walked in through the front doors and walked straight back to the breakfast area loaded up on all the eggs and sausages and made 3 waffles for each of themselves. I went to the front desk to ask if they were going to bring out more eggs and sausage. She went to check and told me that they were bringing more out. As soon as it was brought out the ladies' kids go up and went to get more. When they finished eating, they went straight back out the door. I cannot confirm that they were not actually staying at the hotel, but it certainly appeared that way. We will not be returning next year.

Rooms were clean and air temperature was good. I seen a nice breakfast was served. Didn't get a chance to enjoy it.
