The check-in process was very easy, and the workers were quite friendly. My room was clean and I was provided with lots of towels, etc. and never needed to ask for more of anything. Overall I can't say anything was wrong with the room.

There is very little that I didn't like, but a minor complaint would be that the elevator was pretty slow. Additionally (probably due to a lack of space and competition in Los Alamos) the prices were higher than I would have expected for a similar accommodation in a different city.

no ice maker on third floor. we had used shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. it was a little more than I wanted to pay. really no breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice big room and they accommodated our requirements!

I liked how close the property was to Bandelier National Monument and the local museums. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was very good.

My neighbors were noisy after quiet hours and the staff made no attempt to keep it down.

Staff kindly upgraded me for my Christmas stay.
