Good price and location to our venue.

Our air conditioner in the room was broken and we told the front desk and they said that is just how it is! Not an acceptable answer or resolution to our complaint. Our toilet seat was also broken and not fixed as well!

My stay was very good. The staff was very helpful and made me feel at home.

The breakfast was fine for me. Offering a choice of fruit would improve this area. The location was good for me. I was near to the bus route and was able to easily travel to downtown Pittsburgh.

At breakfast, more variety in choice of fruit. I only saw bananas.

beds and pillows were uncomfortable the gym was awful

it was pretty clean

the fitness room was awful. it’s not what I really think of when it says it has a workout area. Its the smallest room I’ve ever been in to workout at any hotel. it had room for 2 cardio machines and one was broken. the were the only things in the room not that you could fit much else. Oh other than a few 2lbs dumb bells.

The surroundings

The rooms were not cleaned well had stains in my bed and the breakfast was terrible. The front desk lady wasn't pleasant either when we asked for more towels

The location the size of the room And where it was located it was very nice

My room wasn't clean it had Mildew and there was hair in the hair dryer. When I said something about it I heard from an employee my boss won't do anything about it

Initially we had some issues checking in but April was able to turn a negative situation around. She did her best to accommodate us. Thank you April. I really appreciate it. You deserve a raise and a 10.

Requested a pull out couch but only a chair. Rooms are a little out dated but I understand.

Was just ok nothing more would not revisit

Location was good close to airport and shopping

Hotel so needing upgraded furniture dated did not get maid service every day did not feel it was value for what we paid.

Nice hotel that met our needs.

Rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. Ample parking and hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Approximately 16 minutes from PNC Field which was great for us!

Breakfast selection was limited and sausages were cold. One of the two rooms we had was subject to noises from the hotel ventilation system (apparent one night at 12:30 am) and excessive water noise when another room was using their shower.

My stay was fantastic. Location was great. Rooms were clean and staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast was great. The food was hot the waffle machine made very good waffles.

No pool or fitness center.
