It was dirty in bath behind the door and headboards had streaks where someone wiped them down with a dirty nasty rag.

En mi opinión el lugar estuvo muy bien, quizá venía muy cansada pero dormí perfecto, solo nos quedamos una noche como hotel de paso, pero sí regresaríamos a pasar la noche ahí.

Todo estuvo excelente pero me hubiera gustado una plancha para la ropa en la habitación

Location was okay but property needs to be upkept better.

I liked the room I stayed in and the location of it. The TV in my room had plenty of channels. The room didn't smell, was nice and clean. There wasn't a lot of noise during the night and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the complication of the lock to my room going out on checkout day but the staff was very accommodating and remedied the situation as soon as was possible. The staff was friendly and helpful.

it was nasty inside. Carpet was dirty, bathroom hadn’t been clean at all. hair in the tub, dirt still on the wall of the bathtub. sink area was dirty also. it smelled like it was old and ppl been smoking in it

the rooms were spacious

they charged me 3 times for the room, & tried to cover it up until we made demands on how they need to make it right. was blaming my bank for the problem when I’ve never had any trouble with my bank since I’ve had it for 10 years
