Didn't like location, didn't have breakfast there

Dirty . Roaches. No hot water. No laundry. Manager came right at check out when we were trying to pack and followed us around. I want a full refund

To start hotel was built a long time ago, rooms carpet old and stained, bathrooms could use a good remodel, and there’s a a lot of bugs around, so called breakfast disappointing

We had a horrible time getting to the hotel! So much road construction!! However that is not the hotel’s problem. The hotel staff being so friendly made it all better!!

Everything!!!! The front desk receptionist was very kind and attentive. The room was amazing especially for the price.
The location was FANTASTIC!!! McDonald's, Braums, and Starbucks right in front of the motel. IHOP, and QT down the road. It's right off I 35. And 5 miles to winstar!!! I loved it!!!

they rented me a room knowing they had no hot water… was there 3 days with no hot water and all they did was say sorry

Employee's where nice and the bed was soft.
One room was to cold heater didn't work and the door to the room had a big Crack in it for the cold air to come in .. Got another room and there was No Hot water to take a shower ...

it’s right there from winstar if you just want a cheep hotel that really good and just want a place to crash for a night really recommend!!!!
the robot that was cutting the grass that night was kinda scary just caught us off guard !!!

Wasn’t told there was breakfast
That I was charged extra money for arriving and hour earlier when the room was ready. I’ve been to plenty of hotels that allowed early check in if room was ready. So my cheap rate I got turned out not so cheap. Greedy place. Not customer oriented.

Nice towels. Comfortable bed.
Needs repairs. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Big chips in bathtub.

Close to our final destination (Winstar). Easy off and on from I 35.
Ice box freezer was in great need of defrosting. The overall furnishings needed to be upgraded or repaired. Trash in the breezeway was overflowing on the concrete. Nasty.

Nothing carpet dirty desk chair was splattered with something .could have been washed off. Will not stay there again
The whole to thing was not worthy. Bed spread was put up side down. .we have tried to give it a chance but it just keeps getting from bad to worse
