Most of the staff were very helpful. We had a bad storm hit about an hour after we checked in so there was no power to the rooms for about the first 24 hours we were there. The maintenance man and the manager stayed almost around the clock to make the guests feel safe (holding flashlights on the stairs) and trying to make us as comfortable as possible. The lobby did have power so the staff did encourage guests to congregate and charge phones, etc. in the lobby. The manager even baked cookies.
While the rooms were very clean, housekeeping during a stay is practically non-existent. We had guests coming to visit on the third day of our stay. The housekeeper asked "you didn't want housekeeping today, did you?" and I explained to her that we did have people coming and I could use help making the bed and getting rid of trash. I thought she was coming back but she never did. I asked for housekeeping the following morning and was told they only offered that on Fridays (the day we got there) and Sundays.

Staff was super friendly & accomidating . Very clean , nice breakfast assortment . Double chocolate chip cookies were awesome ,my son loved them!

Definitely comfortable and the location was great.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Some damage to the shower which made me question how well it was cleaned before my stay, but the rest of the room was clean.

The ONLY ADA HANDICAP ROOM WAS A 3 RD FLOOR -very long walk!!

I suggest that you put a nice smoking area not so close to building. But other than that I love it.

They charged me extra and when I asked them about it they just kept saying it was “incidental” they charged me an initial extra $10 then charged my card a separate time of another $10. Nobody warned me of these extra charges and the lady at the desk seemed annoyed that I was even asking about it like I’m supposed to expect extra charges for no reason. Also they had egg and cheese frozen biscuits as a breakfast option and it was moldy somehow.
