it’s very close to the beach. they are really trying hard to make it their own.

the layout is so strange. parking can be tricky. the hot tub and pool did not look good to swim in. heavily chlorinated

We walked everywhere. Very good location

Nice view and friendly staff. The pool looked nice.

The room was very run down compared to the pictures. There was paint missing / damage on the bathroom door. Not all of the lights worked in the bathroom. The screen to the deck had a huge rip so there were a couple of flies in the room. The hot tub was broken or not working. The mini golf course and courtyard were in need of attention. One of the hallways smelled like urine on the first floor. Generally this place was overpriced and not as advertised.

the front desk man was very nice , also the breakfast lady was the best.

Website portrayed it as being closer to the beach. The building is old. Carpets are old. Sliding door on the balcony didn’t work properly. We could barely get it to open and close. The screen door was off the track and the screen was torn. Bathroom sink faucet was extremely hard to turn on/off. Mattresses in need of replacing.

Breakfast.

We were told "no Dogs allowed" and room next to us had dogs in their room. If we would of known you could have dogs we would of brought ours with us. Dissapointed.

not much. the breakfast was ok. the placement of the food was right behind the door so no one could stand in a line to serve themselves. you were stuck behind the door. made it hard to enter, leave and serve.

the first room we were given smelled of mildew and chemicals. the next room also smelled the same way but was a little better. I usually stay here at least once a year and am pretty satisfied with the rooms. This time the smell was terrible, there were no screens on the windows so we couldn't even open them to let the air out. The fan on the wall made a screeching noise after about one minute so we could not even get some air circulation. This caused the room to be very hot and uncomfortable. When taking a shower the next morning, I had to stand in at least 3 inches of water while I was showering because the tub did not drain. Usually the pool is so cold you can not even stick your feet in. This time the pool was almost to warm and there were so many chemicals in it that it made it hard to breath while you were swimming and the visability under water was nil because of the extreme use of chemicals. As you can guess, we will be trying another property next time we visit Ocean Shores.

Breakfast was good and location excellent

that it was close to the ocean. Jaime and Jessica extremely helpful but they take care of the front. the only good thing about the hotel was the customer service they provide.

the the rooms are not in good condition many problems. hot water in the jacuzzi broken. the hotel doble charge. now trying to solve the issue and the owner or manager nowhere to be found. continue with the tun around.
