Friendly and prompt shuttle driver and desk staff.
Clean and quiet room.
Appreciated bagged breakfast items since I checked out early.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. There are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle driver to the airport was really nice and helpful. The hotel provided a little bag of snacks and water because we left before breakfast was being served. That was a very nice touch.
Nothing comes to mind. It was a very good place to rest before an early morning flight.

The first impression when we walked in was this is an updated and well-done lobby-reception foyer. The receptionist was friendly and informational. Thank you. The beds were comfortable and 4 pillows-yay. Bathroom was roomy and I appreciated the long vanity. Upon our early morning check-out we were offerred to-go breakfast goody bag, a nice touch. Thank you.

The property is a bit on the older side, but we’ll maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were wonderful.

The price of the hotel and the location.
The one front desk clerk that worked swing shift. It was a white lady, not the Latino. A 'Karen' in the flesh

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to be at the hospital at 430 am and they provided grab and go breakfasts at the front desk since the breakfast in the lobby didn't open until 6. The coffee in the lobby was also available 24hrs.
Not enough parking, you have to request room service or they do not make up your room. The air conditioning made alot of noise

we ran out of towels, a man picked up the used ones but didn’t come back with new ones, had to call the front desk to get more the next day

The staff were very polite and helpful during my stay.
I didn't like that I had to depart at the end of my stay. I wish I stayed longer 🙂
