The location
The carpet had just been cleaned so it stayed wet for two days. The cleaners don’t work on the weekend. Several rooms had to put bags of their garbage in the hallway and it stayed there Sat and Sunday. We have stayed here in the past and it was great. This time we even had to go beg for towels. And we stayed here for three nights. No again

It was dirty and needs remodeled asap!!

Outdated rooms and the pool area could have been cleaner.

The room was comfy and the location was good.
The furniture and decor seemed outdated. The pool windows had residue on them and needed to be cleaned.

it was nasty. lobby looked questionable and when we got to the room it was filthy with dust everywhere. we told front desk and they showed us another room which was also dusty and faucets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. we ask for refund and they said it would be back on our card. it hasn’t been credit back as of yet .we had to find another hotel

First room smelled like mold stench, the second was not much better. I do not recommend, especially if you have allergies.

The room was clean, could have been a little cleaner, but it was nice. We stayed for one night. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fun too, I liked that the whole pool was all 3ft (3ft and 8 inches I think) deep, safer for kids. Pool was also warm/comfortable. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too with muffins, pastries, waffles and coffee.
Check-in was easy too!
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, the room could have been a little cleaner. But aside from that, everything was great.

The staff was extremely friendly.
Somethings like the door locks were needing an upgrade. The key entry on the room doors took several tries to get them to unlock.
