I was very pleased with all the employees at this establishment! They were extremely pleasant and helpful!! We have stayed here twice and will stay here again.

Coffee could have been hotter and the head of the bed in room 108 is sloping down!

breakfast was average. short staffed 3 out of 7 days but did let us know to just call desk for requests. no exercise facility.

Comfort Inn Worland is located on the east end of town and is right on the highway with easy access. They have a swimming pool and hot tub that I used. Breakfast every day even on Sunday, it was ok but I’m sure the local restaurants are much better. Still, it’s convenient. The staff were all very friendly and ready to talk about anything, the same goes for every local that I came into contact with. I will definitely stay here again if I don’t bring my rv.

Not much of anything. I suppose the breakfast could be better, but I never expect much from the hotel breakfasts.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The reason we booked this hotel instead of in Thermopolis was due to price and reviews of the ones in Thermopolis were horrible. This was a great choice and we were very happy!

The only thing that would be a negative was the smoker's at the back door staircase. There was not one time in 3 days that they weren't there. I know ppl are gonna smoke but we had to walk through smoke every single time. Maybe a covered area 10 feet from the door for them?

Employees were so nice and the hotel was beautiful and clean!

It was a wonderful stay! We were resting up after South Dakota, before we headed to Yellowstone! Best vacation ever!
