The swimming are was probably the only thing I liked
My 7yr old got stuck in the bathroom because the door knob broke off when he tried to open it and it took staff 45mins to make their way to our room whole time my son was having a small panic attacks

The staff was friendly and the pool was nice. A/C worked great.
The beds aren’t the most comfortable but they serve their purpose.

Nothing! Made reservations and staff didn't want to honor it. Tried make me pay that weekend rate hike and in cash.
I didn't like anything so I didn't stay. Booking.comcalled and tried make a 2nd reservation and they still didn't want to honor it. Gave a quote it didn't want to honor it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will make it my duty to let everyone know.
