Staff and having to wash ur own sheets and towels and rags and they don't even give u tissue trash bags are nothing

people knocking on doors all times of the night; people smoking and hanging out; no staff at night; no cameras

There was no breakfast
The strong smell of drugs and roaches, we have 3 children and the drug smoke was so strong it came into our room every day. I told the staff and they did nothing. I wrote to corporate and they told me to tell management which I already had.

The pictures at the booking and the reality differed as usual.

the fact there was a kitchen so I didn't have to pay for take-out ever night
The room I booked was not available at check in than the room size I was charged for I was not in. I spoke with the hotel manager and she was very disrespectful and was not trying to refund the money I over paid.

not a single thing in the hotel to like except price but i could pay more to get basic things.
Very lousy hotel. not clean neat, when I came reception / front desk closed so i had to move another hotel for a night and came back second day where my reservation cancelled and made a fresh booking. it cost me more. plus big hassle for connecting wifi. no dustbin in the room for throwing thrash/wastes

didn't expect breakfast and didn't get any(no problem), price and location to where I needed to be. Pleasant person who helped me with great customer service when I needed help after office hours
Room 336. Smelled of smoke. 7 night stay with 2 towels. Room key failed twice because of clerical error. front door could easily be breached by hitting it and pulling it because the card scan didn't work. smoke detector malfunctioned every day even though I informed the front desk on the first and was promised a fix by the person who checked me in who seemed distracted by his phone.

Rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room to move around in.
Loitering people lots and lots all day everyday. Remodeling going on. Nice to know care of the building is being taken, but annoying.

Very reasonable pricing, manager is always helpful and friendly as can be. Great location, nice sized clean room, very comfortable bed. I have read the reviews for this hotel, and can honestly say, my experience here was great with no problems. No loud noises, no bugs, no drugs! Only booked for 1.week, ended up staying 4 weeks so far..
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. A pool would be great!

There was no Breakfast and they took more money than they was suppose to. We overpaid they took our money. That's not fair to us.

Nothing. I never got to check in.
They waited until I called them to inform me of the fact that they are unable to accept reservations and that have no idea when they will be able too. Now im in Greensboro paying $40 more per week (for a smaller non-smoking room) with a room that has the wrong size bed.
