Could not check in on time I had to wait 3 hours b3fore I could check in. They had computer problems at front desk and would not give anyone their rooms even though others people and I had proof on our phones of our room confirmation

The hotel is old, the bed was terrible it had a huge sunken spot in it where we had to sleep sideways. It was terrible !!!
