The bed was super comfortable! Right amount of pillows and the extra blanket in the closet was soft. I was very impressed by the bed and my sleep, and my husband was impressed with the breakfast bar. Our stay was great! We will definitely be staying again.

The breakfast was good, several choices available. Our flight arrived very late and the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport within 10 minutes after calling them. We were very appreciative of that since it was after 1:00 am!

Close to airport
Loud property, people walking around on another floor all night long, I was by elevator, asked to be moved and property was full.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find emergency accomodations at 11:00 pm at night. The staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating and helpful to a large group of us who descended on the lobby close to midnight. I would like to thank Cortez who drove the shuttle and then quickly hopped on the desk to help check us in. Dean was also very friendly and and helpful when I asked for extra blankets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the space as very clean and well stocked. Although we only spent 8 hours at the hotel, I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place property.

I loved the size of the room. The breakfast had a ton of options. The pool was a nice size and indoor for the kids to play in regardless of weather of time.
I disliked that there was not a microwave in the room. The only option for coffee was half & half but no flavored creamer.

The room was really spacious and clean. Nice bathroom. Great 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. Lovely and helpful staff.
The walls were somewhat thin so you could hear people on the corridor, but it was not an issue as they were just passing. Breakfast was good with many options, but for me a lot of things were too “American”, i.e. had too much sugar or ultraprocessed. But I guess that’s to be expected.

The rooms are always sparkling clean. The bed is super comfortable and the layout is convenient. I also appreciate the fact the rooms are generally quiet in spite of being in a busy area. Staff is friendly and efficient.
