Price was good and some of the people not all

That we got there late at night and we have been on the road for about 10 hrs and we need it to use the restroom and the lady on front desk told us that they didn’t have a restroom and that we have to go to our room

The breakfast was nice, and the workers were also nice as well.

The fire initial room we had entered smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, and initially the workers were very hesitant of switching rooms with us and were telling us we simply couldn’t be upgraded because we had booked through booking.com. After haggling with them for a few minutes they agreed to switch us rooms, but did not offer us any new accommodations. On top of that, they provided little resources for us when one of my friends got really sick in the middle of the night.

Breakfast good...the person in charge good, needed more help

The clock didn't work, coffee maker didn't work probably, no cups 4 anything

Location, conjoining rooms

A/C was severely lacking in one of the conjoining rooms and not the greatest in the other. Breakfast area entirely too small for the size of the hotel. Six guests and continued to only receive 4 clean bath towel sets.

Room was a nice size and clean

Building is not soundproof. You hear all walking from the room above you.

I burnt my fingers in the waffle iron in the dining room

The appeared to have not been cleaned before I used it. The linen was dirty and there was strange hair on several surfaces

Beds were comfy, towels were clean and soft, locations was good.

1st night there was NO hot water, it was broken. It was fixed by the next day and they were nice enough to give a little credit back because of it.

The fact that I booked a double/adjoining room & was forced into a single room.
