temperature was easily set and controlled. No leaks in the bathroom clean Towels TV worked, easy to fund channels Beds were clean as well as the floors.

The pond n outside was beautiful the staff was incredible except the bar tended at the bar not ran by the hotel but in the hotel that lady was a b.i t.CAPITAL C. H needless to say. But it was a good experience overall definitely clean, and I'll be coming back for sure.

The bed was not the best mattress I have ever slept on and I might of woken up with a slight kink.

The heater was really loud throughout the night. It kept going on and off and on and off.

the air freshener they use at the hallway is too strong, it caused my sinus to act up and gave me a headache

Super central, good breakfast.

We were not travelling with our dog yet we were assigned a room without carpeting; very cold.

Staff was efficient, guick and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Location was close to family and access to the wine growing areas was easy.

It met my expectations but my last BW stay was a Plus so the breakfast had more options. But, the bar/dining exceeded my expectations. Most of all the Fitness center is one of the best I’ve visited. Pelaton and other new equipment really made my stay great.

The stairs and no elevator

Large room. Bathroom had 2 sinks.

There was no elevator.

Good to have a pool. Lovely view of the gardens , Japanese theme I think.

There was a strange smell like old spice and old man

Good staff - maids, front desk, breakfast ladies - very good, kept things clean and moving. Nice breakfast room with garden views and outside seating. It was quiet, off the main road.

Loud but efficient AC unit. Bedside lamps had a button on a cord BEHIND the bedside table -awkward and hard to find. The room was downhill from the main part of the hotel and we were unable to get into the pool from our room. The disabled bathroom was very clean, but slippery.

nothing. did not accommodate handicap. I asked for no stairs but gave me a room with 4 stairs to enter. did not go to breakfast once since it was downstairs I couldn’t make. very disappointed and unacceptable to have breakfast down stairs. i asked what if I was in a wheelchair who would that work with the room I got and the mile trek to go completely around the motel to get coffee. FYI I took pictures because I was so upset about the entire experience
