No elevators. It’s difficult to carry luggage up a stair case on your wedding night.

I want a refund for one of the two nights I paid for!

hair in the tub, A/C wasn’t working correctly, no hand soap and your front desk people and rude… only one lady that worked in the whole building was nice to us. oh and water damage on the ceiling

Not a good place to stay

I didn't like anything.i was kinda uncomfortable. The rooms need a upgrade. Nothing is clean

They don't clean towels or sheets. They don't leave towels or extra towels. Everything is aways dirty . The sheets look slept in there's hair every where it's aweful.

this place is trash should not be on your site !!

nothing this place is nasty!! had to leave at 4 am to another hotel !!

the shower head held up with plastic bags , molded shower bad , nasty iron board, busted literally hair dryer , stained sheets , most uncomfortable bed ever slept in, I could go on super waste of my money !!

I was late arriving. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and patient. Staff in the morning were very friendly, There was a fridge + microware in the room

Air-conditioning in the first room did not work properly. The second room smelled to smoke. The third room she gave me, was OK. Furnishings in all rooms were old and musty.

Would stay there again!!!!!

The hotel is convenient to everywhere in Tuscaloosa! the staff was outstanding! our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but they immediately found us a room that was ready. Our room was cozy and clean!!! I was truly impressed with the housekeeping staff and how clean our room was.,We would stay there again!!
