I’m not sure I would choose a Best Western again.

The staff were helpful with a situation we had at the hotel.

The dresser in the room was broken and someone had to place Kleenex packages under it to make it level. The curtains were all cut up and the pool was unusable.

The location was ok.

The rooms had a cheap scented smell. We checked out in a few hours.

Clean, had two beds.

There was strange smell in the room when arrived. Had to spray Febreeze. Also, the AC barely cooled the room.

If you need a place to shower and sleep, this is your place

I liked that the hotel was easy to find off interstate and near many restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The linens were clean. I love how the towels were fast drying; making getting ready easier & faster. Continental breakfast was good. Wished English muffins were offered.

Decor was dated. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough. The bathroom faucet squirted everywhere. Shower only had two settings; cold and warm. The shower temp wouldn't go over all the way to hot. The TV remote would not let me enter in a channel. Had to channel up or down. Pain in the butt.

wasn’t worth the cost

The breakfast was great. they had gluten free items, which most places don’t .

there was food all over the carpet, stairs and in our room. the tub had a constant drip, my husband fixed the toilet so it could be flushed and there were huge holes in the black out curtains.

Average breakfast compared with other similar hotels

When we turned on the water faucet in restroom, water came out black for about 20 seconds. Scary.

Pictures vs reality

Clean room

A bit neglected. When my daughter and me saw the swimming pool we could not stop laughing - at the pictures it seems to be very large while in reality is not much larger than a bath. I saw many pictures of pools during my US trip and all of them showed the pools bigger than in reality but it was so extreme case (((:

Nice place to stay for short time. Highway is really close and could hear it.

it was quiet and room was clean and comfortable.

Toilet rocked and washer didn’t rinse clothes very well. I had to ring them out by hand and dryer took about 2 hours to dry. First person that checked us in was really nice and helpful. Other people were not very helpful.

Management needs to pay more attention to the details. Juice machine looks like it is out of order. Exercise equipment did not work.

Nice place to stay

Hotel was nice and clean.. Staff was helpful, courteous, and nice. Shower was my favorite, lol. Lots of water pressure and relaxing.

Pool was not very clean.

It’s likely that there was mold.

The size of the room was fine. The bathroom was fine.

The hotel felt dirty. The carpet was gross. The room felt wet the whole time we were there. The furniture was broken and leaning so the doors stayed open. The bed was uncomfortable.

Not worth 228.00 a night. Old needs to be updated.

The hotel is outdated,looks dark,old. I'd right off the freeway but looks out of place.

Beds all old,worn out. You lay down and roll to the middle. Too dark in rooms,need better lighting/bulbs,air conditioner made noise all night,the 1st room I was assigned the door didn't lock and I had to be moved to another room. So how safe is that. Especially traveling alone with kids and no husband. Not a lot of breakfast options. Just didn't feel comfortable.
