A good solution when needing to stay close to SFO. Staff was curtious and friendly. Room even had a message chair. Price is reasonable for what one gets.
Run down and old. Not isolated from outside noise (from busy road and guests)

Quiet & now that I know the area....glad that the police station was down the block.
The bathroom (tub/toilet) need refurbished. Small holes, chips, and flow problem (had to hit handle twice---water wasting).

The size of the room and the set up was great. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The massage chair in the room was a wonderful surprise. The decor was fun. Also grateful for the free parking. Close to the airport.
The bathroom door did not latch. Seemed like it had been forced open and never got fixed, but luckily was just my husband and I.

Walking distance to bart and close to airport room has a nice theme to it. I booked Uber for 6 am pick-up, no need to book in advance as many cars available early in morning, so could have saved 15-20 bucks.

good bed, great towels, massage chair. interesting decor
Hot water heater broken, no hot water one morning. The only issue was no one would answer the phone when I called to report the problem. They did have a new hot water heater installed and working that evening.
