The hotel staff seemed bored. It felt like was intruding on there time. Manager included

Average breakfast.

No ice bucket in the room. No ice! Staff said we might be able to get some upstairs, so no customer service. Evening staff was inconvenienced by my asking that the empty ice bag dispenser be replenished & did not use common customer manners, such as apologizing for my inconvenience.

Staff was pleasant and helpful.. Room was clean. TV worked great. Indoor pool water was sparkling clear. Washer and dryer available for public use, and the washer was free.The dryer was $2.00. Breakfast was tasty and abundant. Neighborhood was safe. The price was excellent compared to the surrounding hotels closer to the National park. First floor rooms had an access inside motel and also a door directly into parking lot to bring luggage in.

Air conditioner kept turning off so the staff put us in another room.. Evidently, Whitefish was in the midst of a heat wave when we were there. Bottom of the pool had permanent mildew stains but the water was clear . No elevator.

it was great! just wish they didn’t charge a dog fee.

It seemed like the carpet was clean and new, other than that the hotel was a complete dump.

Door lock to exterior door wouldn't work and had to be reset. Large ashtray outside door of non-smoking room. Mattress was worn and uneven. NO HOT WATER at 9pm. Hotel empty except for room next door, guest banged around until after midnight emptying his car and slamming the door. Breakfast was junk. Description online said walking distance to town, showed pic of beautiful pool that was not available. At check out, clerk had to retrieve her personal phone to use calculator to figure out change was 0.62 cents.

The pool was being renovated and we purposely made reservations and wanted pool access.

Very clean excellent and friendly staff

Have breakfast start at 6:00 not 6:30
