Great place very clean, a more responsive and informed staff would have made it even better.

Breakfast was lacking.

Front desk gave incorrect information and multiple time did not answer our calls.

OK -- view was great!

The room was clean. The television had practically no volume -- we had it at 100!! I understand about staffing needs in Sedona, but virtual check-in is very impersonal! The girl at the desk was polite and helpful -- but businesses need to instruct their employees to smile at the customers! Breakfast area is where sun is in your eyes eating early and layout is poor. Coffee machine sounded like is was dying and decaf was broken -- it should have been replaced. I would not stay here again.

Very conveniently located Great view from the room and the balcony

Breakfast is made up of items that are loaded with sugar and processed food AC Unit in the room is extremely noisy and keeps on going on and off.

Over all decent place. It was a little pricey but it was an enjoyable trip.

the location is amazing. Very easy to get around Sedona. Decent breakfast.

The pool was being renovated however they did give us directions to a sister hotel where we could go to their pool. We didn’t have time to. The room next to us was just open all night with the lights on.. that was a little creepy. The bathroom smelled a little funny. We just aired it out with the window.

Highly recommend the Green Tea Inn when traveling to Sedona.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was helpful with recommendations for the area.

the location and the view.

the plastic shelf in the shower. It is secured to the wall at shoulder height with a sharp lower edge that left a bruise and could have injured my arm. poorly placed. removal best idea. not necessary.

A Nice Hotel/Motel for a Decent Price

The price for this hotel was quite a bit lower than others available in Sedona on the night of my visit and I wasn't expecting much. I rented 2 rooms, each with two Queen beds. The rooms were clean, up to date and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, which provided a bit more than is typical for "in the reception lobby" breakfasts, including pancakes, cheese omlets, bagels, pastries and hot and cold cereals. Good wifi. Quiet. Staff was very helpful.

Although it wasn't relevant to me, the pool was undergoing major renovations and was closed. Based on a note in the lobby, the hotel did not advise people (or me) of this fact when the reservations were made. Parking was a bit limited and spaces were a bit narrow.

I was told at check-in that there would be maintenance for the pool happening so it would not be available for use. What actually happened is several workers arrived the next morning to start significant remodeling on the pool which involved jackhammers and a large truck was parked right outside our balcony for the next two days. It was loud and we couldn’t use the balcony

Our fist time visiting Sedona we stayed at GreenTea in Flagstaff, and in the Sedona but the Sedona one There was a young lady by herself We check in 1/22/23 around 8 pm She was the only one there and it look really slow an easy job. Not sure why she was so rude I do hope she finds a better job since she look very unhappy Other than that the room was clean, but we definitely won’t be staying on this hotel if we ever come back to Arizona. The one in Flagstaff they had amazing customer service.
