The facility reeks very bad. The carpet was filthy and the front desk clerk was not trained properly.

As we travel back home in a couple days we will be needing a room and will stop there

Location
The first room I. Which I was placed had a smell that was so offensive I could hardly take a full breath. I complained and was promptly relocated, but the staff seemed unconcerned with what in my view was a very concerning problem.

This hotel is by far the MOST disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The hallway carpet was dirty and had the most disgusting stench coming from it. The bathroom in our room had a leaking ceiling when you turned on the water. The bedroom sheets had cigarette burns and was torn apart. They gave us one towel and it was dirty. we tried to return it and the one given to us was even worst. I would AVOID this place at all cost. Booking.com its a shame that this place is even listed on your website. NEVER EVER AGAIN will we ever stay at this location again.

Bathtub in room wasn’t cleaned. There was no wash cloth in room. Thank God I always travel with my own. When asked about wash cloth, staff said they couldn’t get in laundry room. trash was hallway upon arrival

I like the comfy king size bed an proximity to the 95 interstate.
The staff was accommodating but the local people in the area were not. It was like an extended living people there.

The towels were sour. We had to dry off with our clothes. When we mentioned it to the man at front desk he told us those were brand new towels. If that's how they smell brand new then they should be washed first. Also every time we moved the bed squeaked. You couldn't move without the noise

The staff was not welcoming at all. From the outside of the building, the carpets, the bathrooms, hallways, walls, everything seems like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were bugs, one cockroach. Holes in walls. Our hallway reeked of marijuana and in the morning music was blasting. I did not feel safe as the door did not seal properly. Overall a horrible place to stay and not even cheaper than other places! If you’re going to have such low quality, cut the price of a stay in half.
