This is the DIRTEST motel that I have ever stayed at. I chose to stay there because it was just off of I-10. After 14 hrs of driving many people on the upstairs balcony congregated and partied until at least 2:00 am, with the management doing Nothing to stop the noise. It was in a bad area, and so many people were in and out it seemed like a place for prostitution. It was Very pricey for this disgusting property.

The room felt damp. Parking lot had potholes. There was weird paper covering the air conditioner.

Very difficult to get the military discount. Booked hotel on internet, no military discount mentioned. Upon check-in, inquired on whether there was a military discount at the hotel. Informed yes there is, but because I booked it on-line, I could not alter the reservation to receive it. The night clerk said maybe it could be done but she did not know how, ask the property manager in the morning. We did, she verified that we acted properly, that she would get us the discount, and that her night clerk should have known how to handle this when we checked in.

Front desk staff very pleasant.

Driveway Entrance not marked, dangerous to get in or out of. Right at Interstate off ramps and roundabout. Extremely noisy traffic, frequent near accidents immediately in front of motel. Rooms poorly maintained, AC covered in several layers of dust/dirt, and front housing broken. Room in poor condition, not clean.

Expected more!! Nothing hot like eggs,ham, bacon, grits,toast!!

Location

The bedding was old and the neighbors was rude. I complained and I don't believe nothing happened. They had BBQ smoke in my room and had my clothes smelling like it.
