Room smelled of smoke

This motel has been doing renovations, and it's better than it once was. Our room was clean and comfortable. We require a n ADA-accessible room, and it was perfect. The room was large and the bathroom had all of the amenities we needed including a shower chair.

The refrigerator didn't get cold. We didn't report it until we were leaving because it wasn't that big of deal to us. The ice machine worked for cooling drinks, so all was well.

I stay at this hotel twice a year for recurring weekend events in a nearby town. Because my dogs must travel with me, the pet-friendly atmosphere suits me well as does the price. As is true at any budget hotel, amenities are few; however, my needs are met. The staff is always friendly and courteous, coffee is available in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in the room, wi-fi is available, and I have never found issues with cleanliness. And there is a good Mexican restaurant next door!

The hotel is undergoing some renovation, so we were relegated to the second floor, which my arthritic knees detested--no complaints about that, though. I think that housekeeping missed our room on Saturday but that's a minor issue--I empty my own wastebaskets at home!😁

great location. right off the interstate. Bob Evans across street and Meijer next door also close to the hospital

comforters on the bed were stained and torn. they are the same ones that they had before Covid. Towels were thing. There were stains on the bathroom walls and it did not feel clean. it felt run down an neglected.

My room was filthy. It had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy and had not been cleaned including the huge sticky mess on the floor by the chair. The toilet was disgusting. There was no towels or wash clothes in room had to go get them. The tv did not work at all. Really disappointed and probably won’t ever stay there again. Pure shame you don’t take pride in hospitality to your guests.

Clean the room,stock it with towels wash clothes and the typical soap and shampoo

Smelled bad everywhere

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it's really a great deal. It's located right next a Meijer's and several restaurants. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge and plenty of space. I keep staying here because it's a nice hotel and an incredible value.
