Waffle maker didn't cook them fully,would have loved more food items in the breakfast buffet; grilled tomatoes, baked beans.Gym and laundry room was a good touch to the hotel

I didn't get a receipt when I checked out
There was an ant crawling on my side table in the night, I woke and saw it. Never had the chance to get rid of it. For 200.00. With tax do better

very convenient and close to the venue. Everything was wonderful! the staff was friendly and helpful always had a smile.
Breakfast was a little small but was still hot and sufficient.

Mattress was excellent. I have stayed here before and that is a comfort I look forward to.
Hall carpets and walls are a calm and interesting blue, nicer than most.
The 2 staff people we met were very nice.

the front desk staff were rude, non cooperative , They are charging us for breakfast but given only boxed food, they didn’t had Vegetarian options, so we paid for all but didn’t had anything and they didn’t bothered to check or do something about it , why box breakfast? and why no Vegetarian option. Please write clearly about their offers
