Location and staff were great.
It was undergoing a remodel so the part we stayed in was out dated and small.

Beds were to hard and not at all comfortable but other than that it was a great place!

nothing. We are disappointed, lift broken, first room provided had water leak and was dirty, 2nd room was unable to open, 3rd room was dirty
not properly cleaned, microwave didn’t work. Water leaks on the hallway and lastly before we checkout water system was shut off due to leak without noticed

I liked the quieter surroundings
it seems it use to be a nursing home..
also wasn’t very clean. broken up make up left in bathroom, dust on light fixtures, toilet paper wasn’t folded and soap scum build up on the walls.
advertised breakfast included but it’s only served Friday-Sunday..
can also hear exactly what’s going on it the other rooms.

It was close proximity to everything
There was hair on the bathroom sink (not ours).
The sink leaked. There was a single blind for a double window. We had to use a prop to help the curtain stay closed so that the construction workers could not see in on the second floor. The mattresses on both beds were wore out and gave really bad in the middle. There was a glow in the dark triangle painted on the ceiling above one of the beds. There was writing on the bathroom wall that they attempted to cover it but not very well. They had my reservations wrong and I had to verify twice that they were corrected. There were no drawers in the room and very few hangers for clothes. There was not a security lock on the door. When you turned off a light switch, the TV would go off then come back on.
The floor was gritty and we refused to go barefoot in the room. There was a half bottle of lotion left for us I stead of a new one.

Room was RIGHT next to construction that began at 7am Sunday morning. The lobby smelled so strongly from a artificially scented candle it gave me a headache.

the staff was the only part, the lady at the front desk was so nice!!
The property was in a sketchy location,
my kids were scared to even get out. We found roaches
in the floor that had fell out from under the mattress. One
room was open as we were walking down the hallway, I guess
being remodeled and it looked like a crime scene. My
family just wanted sleep after a long drive from Florida,
and we had to leave shortly after we got there by how
nasty it was.

Location
No garbage cans, no towels, room smelled moldy, the fire alarm went off at 6am due to staff burning breakfast which was only available two days of my stay, the pool was closed most of the time and wasn’t clean, our room was not cleaned, found a few massive roaches running around the room so I was not able to sleep.

It was listed as having Breakfast, which is not included Monday thru thursday. I would have wished for a balcony or an entrance to the outside, but sadly it had neither.
Having to leave suddenly. My husband's doctor called and needed him to come in immediately.

The woman working the front desk was super sweet. Area was quiet and convenient. Walking distance from our favorite diner. Great place if youre looking to save money on your vacation and still feel safe and comfortable
Could use a little bit of maintenance. Elevator was creeky some of the tile was loose or broken. Tv flicked off for a second when the lights were turned on.How the free breakfast was layed out was a bit cramped. Would still reccomend though simply because all of that can be overlooked simply because the price is right without sacrificing comfort.
