The room was spacious.
We didn't like the first 3 days of no service, towels, nothing. And then the last 4 days we were threatened with violence by their maids because we asked them to knock before just walking in our room on our kids who were changing. Their staff is a joke. They refused to refund my family after the boss witnessed this our stay was so uncomfortable and won't ever go to a best western again

The location was convenient. The hotel was quiet.
Many areas were worn or in bad repair. The bathroom was very small and old. Didn't realize a $100 hold was placed on my credit card.

When i booked my room i personaly contacted the on duty staff (Sideep) was his name, and he said my reservation was complete. However, much to my surprise I had to pay additional 100 dollars upon checking in 😡!
1.The rooms are out dated
2.The carpet was dirty
3.The bathroom out dated, dingy
4.The hotel closest didn't have a door, it had a curtin which was old and musty.
5.The bed was lumpy, not comfortable 😒
6.The continental breakfast was not appetizing.
7.The patio has a table with rusted legs, and the furniture is dirty and old.

Location was great. Room stunk like vape and cigar-terrible. Floor smelt like pot last night. Tub did not drain - needed plastic or something cleared by maintenance.

Things were clean and nice. No problems at all. The A/C worked great.
Good breakfast with several options. Nice waffles! When a breakfast item ran out, the attendant was prompt to replenish it.

friendly hard working staff. clean facility and rooms. plenty of mirrors in room some times only one in bathroom and hard for multiple people to get ready.

The room itself was comfortable and tidy.
The walls were paper thin. I could hear conversation as if I were in the room with them. Also, there was so much chlorine in the pool. I did get in the hot tub, but did not swim and did not put my head under water, and my eyes were burning so bad. Just while I was sitting, before getting into the hot tub, my eyes were burning. Didn't stay in the tub long because there was hair floating around. Also large clumps of hair you could see floating around the pool. It was obviously not clean.

Personneel working behindthe desk were friendly.
Too many chemicals in the pool and jacuzzi. So much it was foaming. Rooms were small and needed an update. Toilet made noises. Couldnt be repaired till the next day. Tub and sink drained very slowly.
Mexican construction workers bbqing in the parking lot, right in front of one of the entraces to the hotel. Staff had no problem with this.

the breakfast was delicious & the beds were so comfortable!! perfect location for good shopping!! only minutes from great wolf lodge which we was in town for from WV.
the pool area was too hot!! I was trying to watch my kids while they were swimming, but I had to keep opening the door to get some air. Between the heat, the chlorine fumes, and the steam from the hot tub, it was so unbearable.

Bed was very Comfortable. Room was quiet with a view as requested. Use of Business Center (computer/printer). Breakfast was restored to full service instead of limited takeout service.
One elevator was small and busy.

Breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great price and good location. Room was good size.
Pool area was too chlorinated. Burned your eyes. Beds weren't too comfy. But, nothing like your own bed though.
