Staff are very helpful and the remodel is great
Homeless people using needles and throwing on the ground but they called the law to remove them

The room was very dated, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were stained, the tub did not drain. My wife slept with her clothes on. And the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Oh, and there was only one towel for two of us.

Check in was a breeze-very freindly staff. Room was tidy, sheets were clean. Basic ammenities and even had a small, concierge breakfast with outstanding coffee. Great value for the money.
Room had a slight odor, but not unbearable.

The check in was quick. The lady at the front desk was nice when we went to check in.
The room had a weird smell to it when we entered. A spider was found on our bed. The woman at the front desk during check out was not very present. She was on her cell the entire time.

What didn't I like? Well.. the ONLY thing that TRULY matters to ME flew out the damn front door! Truly unspeakable STRESS & MY worst damn NIGHTMARE comes 2 fruition.. YaY! Me...

Nothing I didn’t even want to stay the night it was utterly disgusting
Everything, the place was ate up with bed bugs, the kitchen had newer appliances but they were disgusting and literal infested with cock roaches

Location was good
The room smelled really bad like a big ashtray (was a non-smoking room). The room looked like something from the late '70s. The kitchen and bathroom appeared to be never updated. Rust and mold and decay.

I was on the third floor and the property did have an elevator so that was good. Bed was comfortable.
The unit I stayed in was rehabed but the door to the unit looked like someone had broken into the room previously, I could see daylight around the door. I slept in my clothes because I didn't feel safe. There was a kitchenette but had no utensils to use. This unit did not even have a coffee maker! Horrible place to stay...

Did not have one, COVID 19 used as excuse.
No shampoo, breakfast and office closes at 11! So if you have a problem with your key or need to arrive late it may cause some problems!
