Staff was very nice. Quiet rooms. Cheap price.
Floors were dirty, pillows not big enough and too sift. Mold in shower. No coffee in rooms. For a family of 4 only 2 small towels.

They required a cash deposit that was not posted online or in the lobby. This was charged only on the 3rd night of our stay.

All 3 stays I had to switch room’s because there was issue in the room the 2nd time staying I was switched to 4 different rooms in 3 days and when I complained to the front desk I was told that manager would contact me I never got a call from them them I booked a room again and the manager canceled my reservation and I could not get ahold of management to get a on why the reservation was cancelled

it was tucked away, but still close to the highway.
there was some garbage and stuff around the back side of the property, where my room was located and also none of the appliances were plugged in. I checked out and specifically remember leaving a nose ring and another ring. turned right around and the cleaning lady just started and said they were no where to be found but wouldn’t let me look through the trash bin.

I was charged twice for my room and I’ve been trying to get a refund for one charge however it hasn’t happened yet. I’ve called multiple times to try to speak with the manger however the lady answering the phone is very rude told me I was lying bout my room number wouldn’t let me speak with manager wouldn’t give me her name and told me she didn’t want to talk to me and keeps hanging up on me very very poor staff however the guy on night shift he was awesome

The room wasn’t clean, there was bugs in the room and the front deck employees were nasty. I accidentally lock myself out of the room with my child asleep in the room. When I asked for a key to get back into the room the employee at the front desk at first told me no. Then gave me a key after they said they were going to call the police. Finally got in to the room after an hour. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

nothing! the most horrible place to stay! we ended up not staying and having trouble still to get my money back! they are liars!!!
everything! the place is absolutely disgusting. very dirty!! while we were there for ten minutes we heard about theft, saw a drug deal, ruined my brand new suv in the parking space(spike sticking out) , the room was filthy and had stained sheets and had blood stains on the one bed. I told them I didn’t want to stay there I checked out and wanted a full refund. they keep saying they’ll refund me and I still haven’t gotten it! and I went for thanksgiving

When it was time to checkout, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk & the door was locked. We had to sit and wait for about 30 minutes or more before someone showed up.
