The location was perfectly situated near the soccer complex. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spacious. This hotel was very clean and comfortable!
The number of children and noise level in the pool area while trying to relax in the hot tub. Also, there were no towels in the pool area.

This Hilton did not automatically provide room service. We were told we needed at ask for it at the front desk. We did so each of the first two days and no room service was provided.

kinda got nervous about the way we were directed in on a long dark back industrial road. the parking lot up by the hotel was tiny and people were parking in a dirt/gravel lot. still some construction being done

Daughter got a rash from the bedding. Maybe strong detergent. She’s played basketball so around the country and has never had a problem before.

Honestly the staff are what put it over the top. They were incredible! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the ladies at the breakfast! Thank you!
There was construction going on, but the room was quiet. The pool was cold, but the hot tub was nice. The keurig didn't work.

Location.
Hot tub was not working. We had to go to the front desk a couple times due to needing toilet paper in the room because they didn't replace and coffee was not replaced. Only two towels in the room. Pool hours were crazy 9am to 10pm even on the weekends. Most places are 6am and adults til midnight. Needs some updates as well.

In town for a small family event over a long weekend. Convenient location. Courteous staff. Fire pit was a nice feature for the family.
