Das Zimmer war schön geräumig. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Die Betten waren bequem und man konnte direkt am Zimmer parken. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse echt gut! Es gab Bagel, Müsli, Waffeln, Würstchen, Eier und Biquits. Die Lage ist prima, wenn man Aktivitäten am Wasser machen möchte. The room was nice and spacious. There was a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable and you could park right next to the room. The breakfast was really good by American standards! There were bagels, cereal, waffles, sausages, eggs and biquits. The location is great if you want to do waterfront activities. La habitación era bonita y espaciosa. Había nevera y microondas. Las camas eran cómodas y se podía aparcar justo al lado de la habitación. El desayuno era muy bueno para los estándares americanos. Había bagels, cereales, gofres, salchichas, huevos y biquits. La ubicación es genial si quieres hacer actividades frente al mar.

First of all, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and well-versed in the location and the local happenings. She explained the parking situation, things to do, etc. Super nice. My kids explored the pool area while I grabbed food from the restaurant next door. The hotel was very near our manatee excursion that we scheduled for day 2. The AC was super cold which is a huge bonus in FL in July. Just a great place to stay, will def stay again.

I already know without even reading the other comments that people probably complain about the "mildew-y" smell in the rooms. This is typical for any hotel near the water in the South that wasn't remodeled yesterday.

Parking and to find a room was confusing when you first get there

Breakfast was ok, the employees work very hard. Some of the other guests were rude and slobs.

Took forever to get hot water in the shower. Bathroom needs rennovatong.

The Reception Desk staff was excellent: helpful, friendly, efficient. The most impressed we were was with the (included) Breakfast staff. Hard-working, kept all things moving, helpful and deserves extra credit from BW.

Our room had an odd smell. Some of the facilities in our room seems slightly dingy, in particular in the bathroom. Nonetheless, this "Standard" room met our "Standard" expectations: not bad, not special.

It was right on the river for easy boat access. Next to a restaurant so you never had to drive anywhere.

The boat dock situation. The first come first serve was fine but they needed more spots to tie off to.

The Location is great and the staff super friendly!! They went way above and beyond to give us great direction and advice on where to go! We followed their advice and it was all well worth it!

The room was a bit outdated and we found some moths on the bed. I feel for as busy as they are that they would have the income for a few upgrades!

The pool - way too small

Boat ramp on site but trailer parking and dock tie up was $30.00 per day. Room renovations are well done. Pool fun for the kids. Crackers Resturant next to hotel with averageish food but good atmosphere. Breakfast facility top notch with good selection. Right on King Bay, snorkel , kayak and boat rides on site

Bath towels small , soap and shampoo were low quality.

AC was excellent keeping the room really cool. All nice a clean. Perfect view from balcony. The pool was a perfect temperature around 17.00. Location, location. Thank you we will be back.

I loved the location. We could walk to several restaurants. The staff was also super friendly. Every morning the breakfast women were so happy to see us and we were happy to see them, too. We also loved the view of the bay and the short walk to the breakfast room.

The showerhead in our room was a little too rough. Other than that, we loved every minute of our trip.

Location is amazing everything right there. We rented a pontoon from Capt Mikes so perfect for that. Breakfast was really good. Fresh enough, hot, great coffee and waffle, ladies were friendly serving us. They need to have a way to be tipped through a QR code or something, we didn’t have cash. Ate at restaurant not sure if associated but staff there was not very friendly at all, except for one lady that seemed to be a good runner. Drinks were well made which is always a treat. Great music. Pool/Jacuzzi was nice and housekeeping staff was AMAZING. So hard working but yet friendly and helpful.

Front office staff and restaurant staff not very friendly. We only had one shampoo and one conditioner for 3 people. When I called they said I had to come get my own. Thought it would have been nice if someone from housekeeping could have run it by. Also, was disappointed that there wasn’t a small gym on site.

location, beautiful area to just stop and relax for a couple of days.
