A little noisy at times but it was tolerable

I paid to booking and the person there said the payment was declined and made me pay again but the payment was never declined

Someone stealing our Catholic converter off our vehicle..

The room was clean, no bedbugs.

We were charged $200 "incidental charges" fee in order to stay there which tied up that amount of credit on my card for 10 days. That ruined my trip! Our room was directly next to the "lobby" (which is only another room). The door to the lobby slammed twice with everyone that came to the lobby as well as getting to hear all their conversations & smell the cigarettes that they put out in front of our door. After about 10 pm, the lobby was locked & incoming guests got to ring the doorbell - which we could hear very clearly & caused our dog to bark. This went on until 2AM. If we hadn't had an important appointment at 4pm, we would have found another hotel. I'll NEVER use this chain again.

Beds were horrible. Room smelled. Carpet is filthy. For the price we paid/it was a shame. Never again with I book at these places. No desk clerk was available for over ten minutes. Lady behind me was upset also.

Bed was comfortable and clean, clean towels/sheets.

Carpet was badly stained and dirty looking, furniture was cheap/old, no coffee maker in room, no paper cups to drink out of.

The deposit of 200.00. I will never stay there again!!!!!

The room smelt terrible (fungus smell), cooktop was not working. No utensils to cook. Rude Staff.

Distance to the airport and the interstate were short, so that was convenient.

I didn’t know there was a $200 deposit fee, but it makes sense.
