Breakfast and sun room, nice staff, excellent shower, TV channel selection, radio, Keurig, and phone, plenty of parking, proximity to freeway and restaurants and ease of maneuvering in parking lot, business computer to print out directions/boarding passes

Hot water dispenser was broken (for making tea); lime-green walls, no Gidean's Bible in drawers, loud barking in the hallway, loud talking in neighboring rooms and loud music in room next door after 10 pm.

Front Desk staff was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond! Comfy bed.

Had to switch rooms due to horrendous smell in the room I booked. Front desk was very helpful and understanding. The cleanliness in the room and the hotel though was subpar! The corridors have probably not been vacuumed in a very long time. Bathroom and floors were dirty, floors and furniture had severe wear and tear even though the interior looks new and modern. The toilet in my room was disgusting! There are some questionable guests staying at this hotel who behave like savages.

Not very clean. Bathroom shower was nasty. Microwave was dirty. Very loud outside of room.

They sold our room to someone else even though we were confirmed. We stayed somewhere else because they didn’t have a room for us.

Staff was rude

THE POOL WAS THE BEST AMENITY!

The was little trash on the carpet! There was a bagel in the cabinet. The was a use towel on the sink. The couch was 2 couches put together and smelled like pee. There was smoke spot everywhere! That is the only reason I stayed. You can smoke in your room with no problem. So I brought my clean proxy and vacuum to clean it up. I put a blanket over the couch and Febreze it for a better smell!

Location, staff, breakfast and the bed was comfortable. Decor was good and the bathroom tile was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like is that a bit more dusting could’ve been done before I checked in.

Bed was comfortable. Fitness center was great.

Breakfast had great options, but by 8:30 a lot of it was gone. The shower curtain had shave cream and whiskers on it from the previous people.
