The breakfast was good. Staff were great.
The carpet were old and made us sneeze constantly. The bed didn’t come with comforters just sheet and some brown blanket. The hotel needs to upgrade their rooms

Nothing because they gave our room away and turned me and my children away at 9 o clock at night after we drove 5 hours to get there.

I also spoke with numerous staff members on my way there, including management, who assured me my room was secure, only to be turned away with zero help of finding somewhere for my small children to sleep.

Location and staff
There was a strong smell of cigarette and marijuana in the hall on the 9th floor we did report this to the front desk. We stayed 4 nights it was every night, We will not be returning to this hotel.

The shower was broken and dripped all night. It was loud and annoying. Our bed was only made with sheets. There was no comforter I was freezing all night breakfast took about an hour for scrambled eggs, and the cappuccino machine was broken.

It was attractively landscaped, set back from roads, and so very peaceful (for the area), and the well maintained pools were a lovely way to begin and end the day.
Our 7th floor room was clean, attractively appointed, and quiet, with vistas of trees stretching eastward.
Laurie at the front desk, who checked us in and out on very busy days, was helpful, friendly, professional, and good humored with a computer-related challenge.
A fan in the bathroom would be good.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. More specifically, Director of Rooms, Jonathan Fabietti, was extremely helpful during check in and beyond. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've encountered. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends. Keep up the good work!

What breakfast? Truth is, I am retired and travel quite frequently and extensively, both here in the USA and throughout Europe and Southeast Asia. A quality breakfast is typically included. As a matter of fact, I was disappointed that bottles of water were not automatically available free of charge. How was I supposed to make my coffee, with tap water? A $5.00 charge was inexcusable. In fact, I was further disappointed that coffee was not available free of charge in the Lobby. I was rather disgusted with the thoughtlessness and “cost cutting” mentality of Hyatt Regency, especially given the cost of my room.
I hope your management understands that I am a frequent traveler and that I have taken the time to provide my honest and sincere impressions based upon my decision to stay at your hotel. It is rare that I ever provide negative comments.
My room was basic. Basically clean and the bed was comfortable but every other aspect of the room was just basic. There was a total lack of effort to ensure the room was aesthetically appealing. Yes, it does matter. Perhaps it would be beneficial if management could check out the amenities offered by other similarly priced hotels, and then outclass them in order to validate the manner in which your hotel values your guests. Just saying…
The rugs could use a professional cleaning. If you want to take the time and visit my room (731), take notice of droplet sized stains on the rug in front of the TV. Also take notice of the exposed bed frame at the foot of the bed. Very shabby indeed. Many hotels offer a toothbrush and toothpaste in addition to a razor, Q-Tips and slippers. There was no drinking glass next to the sink, and no bottle of water.

The competition that was being hosted, the areas they located us for dressing/changing were the only thing I liked.

My room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was accommodating when they gave me a pull out bed and extra pillows/blankets for my daughter's bestie. The beds were very comfortable; much needed after a day of dancing and preparing for another day of dancing at The Royal Dance Competition. Thank you for your hospitality.
Breakfast was quite expensive.
