The rooms were really nice with beautiful views off the balcony. The room itself was very spacious, did not feel cramped like others we have stayed in over the years. The staff were just incredible, from arrival to checkout they were always there to help with whatever we needed.
While the rooms were spacious and had amazing views, the bed was a nightmare. It felt as if they placed a two inch thick pad over a sheet of plywood, it had no give to it at all. If you have a bad back or hips, you'll be in pain the next morning and in need of a chiropractor.
The shower was another inconvenience. It had everything going for it to be good, incredibly spacious and high-end feel, but zero water pressure and not very warm. We were looking forward to a nice hot shower after spending the evening outside for dinner, but the temperature would barely go above luke warm and you could barely rinse the soap off your body let alone hair.

Property had beautiful views
There was a terrible smell in the hallways on every level. Also there were weddings on both nights of our stay which restricted use of the adult pool and hot tub. No notice was given by the hotel. Only signs posted.

The valet service and front desk service was great! Rooms was cleaned everyday There was always so many chairs available by the pool.
Our room was in a corner with no balcony, there wasn’t even room to put a chair out there or be able to stand there. There was no sofa or a place to sit in the room. Restaurant service and service by the pool was slow.
4.0
The size and layout of the room and bathroom.
The "mountain view" was somewhat obstructed by being level with the pool deck. There was were no bathrobes in the room. Asked for bathrobes and front desk said they were out and they should have them by next day. I asked if they would be delivered to the room the next day and they said No, you need to request them again tomorrow. Room phone didn't work properly or connect to front desk, so I had to go back to the desk each time. The bartender carded my 23 year old daughter when we ordered drinks at the bar and she insisted she go get her ID from the room (which is fine), but then the bartender ignored me for the next five minutes until I asked if she needed my ID too; otherwise I would appreciate my drink.

the location was amazing for hiking. the views were amazing. the pool and hot tub and pickle ball and ping pong were great
the food and menu needs improvement. I saw about 15% of the meals returned. also the menu doesn’t match what is actually available. make use of the inroom fridge and I’d recommend a car to try out some fun dining in town

The staff was very kind and the location was gorgeous!
They really try to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. Parking was $25 per night, whether you valet or park yourself. They also charge you for WiFi every 24 hours unless you join their rewards program (in 2023, it's hard to find a hotel that DOESN'T include WiFi). While those are listed, it just seemed a bit much for a place that you're already paying so much for.

The views were amazing and the common spaces were modern and updated.
There are a lot of additional fees- charged $25 dollars per day for parking regardless of whether you use the valet service or not. This was not communicated well to us and the cost should just be built into the room price. Resort fees as well ($35 a day) which I take is pretty standard, but if you are going to require in then just build it in to the room price.
It may have just been bad timing, but every time I interacted with staff they acted really busy and rushed. It seemed like it was a burden to help me check in/out and like they didn’t care we were there (cordial but not inviting).

We had breakfast at the little takeout restaurant. They had no fresh food Saturday thru Monday. Poor and expensive. A poor choice. Restaurant was way over priced for breakfast.
Location was good. It was near hiking trails.
The room was a Mountain View and ended up being a parking lot view. The room was tired. Walls and bed were marked up. The room was large enough but had no furniture to sit on. Beds were only option. Very unsatisfactory room for 600$ a night.
When we left no one asked how things were so you know they know!!
You have to pay for WiFi. Are you kidding me?

I did not enjoy my stay.
dirty rooms, terrible view- view of storage for heaters and extra furniture, etc. room not accessible by elevators. asked to be moved but told they were full. service was slow & often received incorrect order.

Location was excellent. Decor and rooms were very pleasant.
Restaurant was understaffed, and staff available was under trained. Food was average. They seemed stingy with their room amenities. Although there were two of us in the room each day we were provide one K cup of coffee and were provided with one pool robe. Front desk was never able to make this correction.
