It was a great location! Clean facilities. Pool open later than most hotels.

There was a dirty sock in my room. When I told the front desk. They half-heartedly apologized but didn't offer a room discount or anything.

i was not able to check in because no one was at the front desk. i called out a few times. after about 8 minutes, I left and made other arrangements. i was very tired and did not want to drive at night.

This was literally the worst hotel stay, of my entire life. And we travel all over the United States. First, I was over charged. Then when we got inside the room, it was filthy. The floors had old food, scattered all over the carpet. Other people’s medicine containers were laying around. There was pubic hair jacuzzi tub. The bathroom floor was cracked and cut my foot. There was food smeared inside the refrigerator. And more… Then when we asked about the fitness center, we were told they didn’t have one any longer. So we inquired about the arcades. To which we were also told, that they do not have that any longer, either, and they just haven’t updated any sites or information on that. Even though we asked about these things, before even staying. It was so loud during the night, and come to find out, there is no staff at this hotel at all, during the night. This whole huge hotel, with so many people, and not one single staff member on duty. I was astonished! Then comes breakfast…no hot breakfast, like we were told there was going to be. The fruit was so hard, you couldn’t even peel it. The juice machine was completely out. There was no coffee made, at all. There was an old keurig put in the main lobby, that was dirty and dusty, for guests to use. But you had to take care of it, if you dared try to use it. The whole downstairs, lobby, breakfast area etc, was freezing cold. Every guest we spoke too, was so upset. When it came time to check out, the staff wanted me to leave, without even settling any of these issues AND without knowing what I was going to be charged for this horrible event. I still haven’t heard from anyone. Still don’t know what’s going on and if I’m even going to be compensated or have anything resolved. My child was so devastated from this hotel stay. This was supposed to be an exciting part of her competition experience, and it was the absolute worst!

When checking out charged more then the amount quoted from booking.com. They had three different birthday party's there during our stay they ran around like a hard of elephant's one group was still running halls at midnight. No one at desk after eleven pm. The pool temperature was not what they said its was we brought our own thermomotor. Didn't have ajoining rooms.

Bed was comfortable and nice spa bath suite.

No hair dryer in our room.

Location was very simple and accommodating

very convenient location in River Falls, clean, friendly staff ( although being there over Christmas, didn’t see much staff on hand, which was understandable)

Wish the beds were more comfortable. Definitely could be updated with newer, more comfortable bedding

not as many breakfast options as we thought
