The staff is amazing. I had a situation of being charged twice and they took care of it without hesitation. The desk clerk I can't remember her name to the manager I believe Mr. Patrick did amazing job of helping us fix the problem. This will be my new favorite hotel every time we are coming to visit family near Seagoville.
The only issue I had was there was a smell in the room but we had air freshener 😂. That's the only problem I really had.

Not exactly did not like but front desk staff could have shown a smile, Maybe just me but that would have rated them higher.

Very clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast with a great variety to choose from.
Can hear everything going on in the hallway especially if you have guest coming in and out of the room constantly.

love staying here when we visit. clean and very nice staff
the air wasn’t working in our room and they offered to fix it but next day so we told them that wouldn’t work and they did switch our room but it was upstairs which wasn’t bad but with a baby it made it a little harder because there is not an elevator

Bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. I had to go ask for "clean" sheets and fix my own bed. The bed sheets that were given to me were just as bad. Time for breakfast wasn't over and the juice machine was turned off and hardly anything was left. The iron in the room was not working.
