Rude manager there with her child stated no rooms even though I had paid for the room. Still no refund

They called me while I was on route and told me they didn’t have the room that I made reservations for. I told them I was ten minutes away and would be there shortly. When I arrived I gave them my reservation number and they told me they didn’t have my reservation. So how did they know to call me earlier to tell me they didn’t have a room for me? I left dissatisfied and canceled the return trip reservation. I don’t think I will be using Econo Lodge in the future.

There was no room available. The owner was rude when I explained I had a confirmation through booking.com.

No continental breakfast, when I googled it said and showed that they had this. Checked with receptionist and she told me she told me that she had talked to management about this. Won't be staying at an Econolodge again.

tv didn’t work. also someone talked very loudly, perhaps on a phone call, outside and near our room late at night. it was disruptive to our sleep. the free breakfast was terrible —no milk for the cereal and we were told to get regular coffee by pressing the decaf coffee button on the coffee machine. one of us has severe reaction to caffeine. labeling caffeinated coffee as decaf is dangerous. a staff member just walked away upon suggestion that the coffee be accurately labeled

Clean. Beds were comfortable. Fridge. Clean bathroom.
Pillows on bed were very small. About half the size of a regular pillow. Only 3 on each bed. There was a Waffle House next door. So if you're there on a Friday or Saturday night, expect noise and loud cars.

The staff there was great !! The lady at front desk was very friendly and a very nice person and so was the housekeeper.
The sheets on our beds was clean but the covers was not clean.

Although breakfast is included, we had to go out for breakfast because what was available was too basic and when we arrived there was no milk or juice.
