breakfast was continental, coffee was empty!

Absolutely nothing.

If you are paying with a card, you still have to provide them with $100 cash for incidental, huge inconvenience for someone that doesn't carry cash. Then when checking out, have to wait on them to go check your room to give you the $100 back. The "included breakfast " consists of frosted flakes or raisin bran. That is it. You only have 1 small pillow each guest and the room and bed is extremely small. Will NOT be returning.

Nothing good..

Our room’s heat wasn’t turned on we were told they forgot to turn on the heat in any of the rooms… our room never got warm. Was offered another room around midnight but it’s heat wasn’t on either. When we told the manager the next morning that we had a miserable stay that we slept in our clothes and coats and won’t stay here again. Her response was I don’t blame you. Also the only thing for breakfast was a bowl of cereal and pastry.
