Terrible smell in room. Smelled dirty but they tried to mask the odor by overuse of bleach. Air unit didn’t work correctly. Terrible water pressure, hardly any warm water and NO hot water. Water smelled like a rotten egg. Location is right off a busy highway so you can hear cars passing all night. Bathroom looked to be out of code. Paint in bathroom also had weird paint cover up-two different colors of paint on one wall-looked as if they were trying to cover up a stain.

There was a beer can, used soap and shampoo left in the shower!!!!! Room needs to be painted, and the tub was chipped and rusty!!!!

Staff was very nice

Tv did not work. Moved to another room, heater did not work.

Location was good

Service, room was not cleaned, trash was not taken out during the 3 days that we stayed there. Heater didn’t work in our room and would arrive to a cold room those evenings. We as over charged the office authorized payments without my consent and wouldn’t return my money had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

The staff was nice and clean rooms. I also liked the location.

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I was supposed to have a non smoking room with a king size bed and they did not have one available. The tv in the room did not work and the toilet handle was broken my husband had to fix. The rooms really need to be updated.

i was extremely satisfied with the clean room and the beds were amazing!!!! i didn't wanna leave but i knew i had to. i will definitely stay there again
